Who Can Apply?

• Have a valid EPC rating:

• If you're buying or remortgaging an energy-efficient home, the EPC should be A or B.

• If you're upgrading your current home, it must have a minimum rating of EPC D.

• Hold a Club Lloyds current account – which comes with additional benefits and no monthly fee if you pay in £2,000 or more each month.

The Application Process – Step-by-Step

Wright Renewables will survey your property and provide a free, no-obligation quote. If you're installing a heat pump, we'll check whether you also qualify for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant of £7,500 – that’s in addition to the £2,000 Lloyds cashback.

✅ Step 3: Register with Lloyds Bank

Log in to the Eco Home Hub on the Lloyds website and register your intention to install an eco improvement. This step is crucial – the cashback only applies if you register before work begins.

You’ll be asked to:

• Enter basic mortgage and personal details

• Upload your EPC certificate

• Submit your installer’s quote (that’s us!)

• Confirm your expected install date
