Quick response to my initial enquiry, followed a few days later by home survey. A detailed quote was received two days later. I accepted and was offered an installation date which I was not able to accept. I accepted a second date for one week later. From first contact to completion circa five week. I was kept fully informed throughout. All work completed on time (three days) and very clean. A very likeable team of installers who discussed and explained minor, but necessary, amendments to installation
